How it Works
The MagicGlow provides two salon treatments in one device for face and body. First, microcurrent, which mimics the body's own electrical current to re-activate and stimulate nearly all of the 53 nerves below the layer of the skin at a perfect alternating frequency of 3.9 kHz. Secondly, high powered red LED light works at the surface level of the skin to produce improvements in skin discolouration and texture, fine lines and decrease the time to heal blemishes or breakouts on the face. The red light increases blood flow and temperature at the point of treatment to accelerate the powers of the micocurrent.
No harm or side effects such as swelling or pain have been noted with use of the MagicGlow.
Targeted Results
MagicGlow has four electrodes to deliver the microcurrent which are placed in the ageing areas of the skin such as folds or wrinkles for accurate targeting. The red LED light remains on during this process to deliver the dual treatments.
Results can be achieved from the very first session but the best results will be achieved with regular use so the MagicGlow is ideal for home use. After the skin has been cleansed, a moisturiser or serum with active ingredients applied at each session, can also accelerate results.
As well as achieving results for the face and neck, the MagicGlow can also be used on the hands, back, buttocks, legs, stomach and arms.
Sessions
Session times are based on the areas that need to be targeted. The timer on the MagicGlow will turn off after every 30 seconds so it can then be moved to a different problem area. There are specific recommended microcurrent levels for each area of the body (outlined in the comprehensive manual supplied) but as everyone’s skin sensitivity is different, the values will differ slightly.
