Mark Weaver, Australian F2 (long distance) Water Ski Champion was off to Belgium in July to compete for the World Champion title until he hit a log at 100 mph and ended up in hospital. F2 is very physically demanding and Mark says that he couldn’t have prepared and trained as hard if it hadn’t been for the Formostar or John and Paula at Indulge Your Body in Queensland. The Formostar played an important part of his race strategy and will do so in his recovery to get back up and try again.
